System image selection while create virtual device

Trying to create virtual Android device. I have selected image, but Android Studio complains A system image must be selected to continue and not allows to press Next button. How to solve this problem?

I arrived late here, but here's the solution anyway; The reason is that the selected image is not currently installed on your development device, as shown by the download text (or icon) in front of its name. So you'll need to download the image first by clicking the download button, or you can choose an image that's already downloaded (i.e one without a download button/icon)

I solved it by pressing enter button for the options that do not hold download button with it.

Not a single instruction was there for pressing "Enter" button :(
