Find all emails in a file in sublime text using regex and add a comma after every email

I have the expression to find all the emails in my file as seen below:

Now I want to append a comma after every email.

I have tried this, but it's not working

What's the expression for getting the match results?

I am using the below expression to find the emails, which is working perfectly.

If your regex matches what you want, all you need to do to append a char / string after it is to use $0 backreference in the replacement pattern.

$0 refers to the whole match.

So, you need to replace with $0, to append a comma to each email-like text matched with your regex.

For anyone else who might find him/her safe in a situation like this, the solution was enclosing my regex expression within brackets as seen below then using \1, 

(?:[a-z0-9!#$%&'*+/=?^_`{|}~-]+(?:\.[a-z0-9!#$%&'*+/=?^_`{|}~-]+)*|"(?:[\x01-\x08\x0b\x0c\x0e-\x1f\x21\x23-\x5b\x5d-\x7f]|\\[\x01-\x09\x0b\x0c\x0e-\x7f])*")@(?:(?:[a-z0-9](?:[a-z0-9-]*[a-z0-9])?\.)+[a-z0-9](?:[a-z0-9-]*[a-z0-9])?|\[(?:(?:25[0-5]|2[0-4][0-9]|[01]?[0-9][0-9]?)\.){3}(?:25[0-5]|2[0-4][0-9]|[01]?[0-9][0-9]?|[a-z0-9-]*[a-z0-9]:(?:[\x01-\x08\x0b\x0c\x0e-\x1f\x21-\x5a\x53-\x7f]|\\[\x01-\x09\x0b\x0c\x0e-\x7f])+)\])

Replaced it with this:

Apparently, this has something to do with Capturing group, which I had no clue about.
