Use ROW_NUMBER() in WHERE clause in SQL Server

I have this query in Microsoft SQL Server:

When I execute it in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio I get this error:

Msg 4108, Level 15, State 1, Line 27

Windowed functions can only appear in the SELECT or ORDER BY clauses.

because of the line AND row_number() OVER (ORDER BY (SELECT NULL)) <= CONVERT(DATETIME, '2016-03-18 23:59:00', 102) -CONVERT(DATETIME, '2016-03-18 00:00:00', 102)+1 I could not find a workaround which works for my query as well.

you can not use window funtion in where clause but you can check that on next layer in subquery or cte
