I am using "rowsBetween" window function to calculate moving median as below

I am taking a window of 50 rows ahead and 50 rows behind my current row. But I need to exclude any rows in the beginning and towards the end which doesn't have 50 rows ahead or behind current row.

You can filter by the window size:
val df = Seq(1, 2, 3, 4, 5).toDF("foo")
val win = Window.orderBy("foo").rowsBetween(-1, 1)

.filter($"cnt" === 3)
