C# HttpWebRequest - Why aren't all received cookies being sent back on subsequent requests?

The following cookies are being sent by the server after successful validation:

However, 1 of the cookies are not being sent back after being redirected to the main page. Namely EmpID. I've been unable so far to determine why. None of the suggested solutions I've found on S.O. has worked for me.

After banging my head for an embarrassing amount of time over this, I finally figured it out. The cookie container has a default cookie limit of 20. There were 21 cookies being sent and when the 21st cookie came in, the first cookie was dumped. So now I instantiate my cookie container like so:

Before:

Public myCookieContainer = New CookieContainer()

After

Public myCookieContainer = New CookieContainer(500, 500, 4096)
