Hello:
I have a SSL Website with port: 99. In my web.config what and where changes I have to make in order to get through this SSL Port?

The site is showing me this err:
The page cannot be displayed You have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from a directory that does not allow
programs to be executed.
