application.yml and @value

I'm trying to use application.yml together with the @value annotation for what to take settings for jms from the outside. But I have a mistake: For several days I can not understand why this is so.. And if I create a new project and implement my code, all objects are initialized without errors.

My code :

and yaml:

Issue is with your YAML file structure. Looks like you want them to be under jms. so move them to same line.

Change it to 

jms:
  factory-name: jms/DgiConnectionFactory
  queue-name: jms/DgiQueue
  provider-url: t3://10.53.82.251:7003
