I have hosted my webhook on azure but getting Webhook call failed. Error: PERMISSION_DENIED. as error.

I'm running webhooks with my local computer also with help of ngrok secure tunneling. Anyway you have to use https: always else you will get this error

Dialogflow does not have a restriction with where the webhook is hosted, as long as it is a public URL that supports non-self-signed HTTPS.
