I resize my form with WM_SIZE
message, how can I set the minimum size for my form? I want the smallest size of the form to be 200x100

If you want pInvoke solution (I see IntPtr
, NCHITTEST
etc. in your current code) you can try WM_GETMINMAXINFO message.
First, we want MINMAXINFO
and POINT
