Google and Bing safe search using Custom MDM solution for iPhone

We are trying for Google safe search and Bing safe search on iPhone by applying restriction on iPhone from MDM server.

We have build custom MDM server and installed a profile on iPhone. Now we want to push settings to iPhones like Google/Bing safe search, allow/disallow internet access, etc.

We have tried to explored many articles, googled about it not did not find any solution.

Can someone let us know how to force user for google safe search and allow/disallow internet access? A link to any article/blog will also be appreciated.
