code of the repository is like
@Repository
public interface CommonConfigRepo extends JpaRepository<ChuData, Long>{
}
Error Log is like
org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'configRepo' defined in com.batch.repo.ConfigRepo defined in @EnableJpaRepositories declared on JpaRepositoriesRegistrar.EnableJpaRepositoriesConfiguration: Cannot resolve reference to bean 'jpaMappingContext' while setting bean property 'mappingContext'; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'jpaMappingContext': Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is javax.persistence.PersistenceException: [PersistenceUnit: default] Unable to build Hibernate SessionFactory; nested exception is org.hibernate.MappingException: Composite-id class must implement Serializable: com.batch.model.ChuData

It clearly says:
Composite-id class must implement Serializable: com.batch.model.ChuData
It seems like you have another field/column annotated with Id thus making the entity to have a composite ID.
So you need this class to implement Serializable interface.
Reason being:
The session object needs to be serializable hence all objects referenced by it must be serializable as well. The id is used as a key to index loaded objects in the session. In case of CompositeId s the class itself is used as the id.
