Why does running this Dash app produce a TypeError

I'm getting the following error:

in running a Dash app. This is my code:

I've done some searching and found nothing that would indicate what this error would mean. Would anyone be able to provide any insight? Thank you!

You need to update your version of Werkzeug to be Python 3.8 compatible.
