I'm trying to connect Postgresql to my Django app , I know that I should Install psycopg2 using pip "Note: I read other questions and answers in stackoverflow and the other websites but I couldn't fix my problem with their solutions"
But I throw an ERROR like this:
Collecting psycopg2
Using cached psycopg2-2.8.6.tar.gz (383 kB)
Building wheels for collected packages: psycopg2
Building wheel for psycopg2 (setup.py) ... error
