First of all, My environment is windows 7 and laptop. But, you can think. In my opinion, you have to follow 'flutter doctor'

First, He recommended android licenses. you have to solve it. By use git bash here, command 'flutter doctor --android-licenses' and follow them.

If it isn't clear, it is another problem. maybe need to install java 8 on the net and Java development kit on the visual studio extensions and correct Path for JDK.

Second, ✗ Flutter plugin not installed; this adds Flutter specific functionality. ✗ Dart plugin not installed; this adds Dart specific functionality.

  • on Android studio, you can find plugins. Search dart and install it. and then find flutter and install it.

if you solved all, all close them, re run android adv manager. and delete all device and remake device. you can run emulator. keep this emulator and close android studio, and open visual studio. it is better than android studio for flutter. If you open visual studio, you can use start debugging. you can see your project on emulator at visual studio like android emulator

  1. Delete Podfile.lock
  2. run pod install in iOS directory
  3. Flutter clean && flutter run

You should be good to go.
