How to limit included page links in Django

I have a page in which I have a few links to CSS and JS. When this page is included in another, the links affect the entire page instead of just the bit in the original page.

I have a page, featured.html, which has these links in <head>:

I'm calling featured.html into another page:

{% include "main/featured.html" %}

The reason I'm doing this is because the links in featured.html clash with my code, and I don't want to refactor my code to stop Bootstrap affecting everything except that one div I have in featured.html

Using django template language you can create blocks in your HTML, where a block will be relevant to that particular page.

featured.html:

{% block header %}
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.5.1/jquery.min.js"></script>

Another page can inherit featured.html and still over-write the above block to not include it

another.html

{% extends "featured.html" %}

{% block header %}
//custom imports, over-writing featured.html block.
{% endblock %}
