APS Inventor Design Automatiion Failed Instructions

I'm trying to modify a model built using iLogic in Inventor 2023 using APS Design Automation. But I'm getting Failed Instructions in the status and not sure with the reason. Please find the reports in the snapshots.

Both the success logs and failed logs have iLogic errors but Success status still does the required work. Even in the failed case, the SVF is translated but the upload Phase after iLogic Diagnostics hasn't started. My expectation is that even if there are iLogic errors, the errors should be suppresed and should succeed.

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong or do share my any hack to suppress these iLogic errors if that's the reason for Failedinstructions.

From the log snippet above it seems like you are trying to run ExternalRule. It is not visible there what is exact reason as image is not whole. I would guess the ExternalRule is not available (as it is external file).
