Using Facebook API. I'm getting the following error when adding an ad creative carousel for Instagram.

Here’s what you can do: Turn off automatic placements and manually turn the placements on one by one.

If you notice the error appears for a particular placement, leave that placement off and proceed with the others.

Duplicate the campaign and see if the error resolves itself. This issue is 80% a glitch and 20% fixable with these steps.
