Play console verification Issue

Google couldn't verify your identity I attempts many times for identity verification . but it fails always.In my last attempts i uploaded driver license in proof of identity and also in proof of address. with exact name and address. still it failed and right now i have not any option to upload document again in my console account. so what should i do for next attempts and which document i should to upload ?

In my first attempt i uploaded pan card and adhar card which contains owner name of trust . It Fails then i uploded pan card and light bill, again it fails . So in my last attempts i uploded driving license in proof of name and proof of address ,still it fails . now i have not any option for upload document for complete my account verification. so what should i do for new attempt? and any help of google play developer ?

The profile has been validated, hence I experienced the same problem. I used the support URL below: "https://support.google.com/accounts/thread/218373393/identity-verifications-with-play-console-keeps-saying-the-uploaded-document-is-poorly-lit?hl=en" and entered the identical name and address as they appear on the document. The case(upper/lower) of the name and address is the same as that of the document. Upload an image rather than a document.

This is a big problem indeed. Google (like many large companies nowadays) don't listen to reason and ask the impossible. It's 2024, post is being replaced everywhere by email. Even my bank and mortgage provider don't send fysical documents anymore. Hello Google, time to go with the times. It's impossible for me to proof my address if you keep rejecting my IRS documents.

I'm facing similar issue with my Google Play Developer account :

I received a notification from Google Play requiring me to verify my identity.

I tried to verify my identity using my phone number, but consistently received an error message instructing me to try again later.

After contacting Google Play support, I was advised to use another phone number. I tried two other numbers from my country, but the error persisted. Finally, I used a US number, which I was eventually able to verify. Despite this, my account was restricted

I received an email stating:

**"You must accurately provide your developer account information, including the following details:

Legal name and address

Contact email address and phone number

Developer email address and phone number shown on Google Play where applicable."**

I made all the indicated corrections. My payment profile information and Play Console account details were updated and contain the same information, yet the account remains restricted.

I submitted an appeal explaining the error and also requested a chat in Spanish, but the response did not address this.

This was the reply I received:

**"Thanks for contacting the Google Play team.

As much as I'd like to help, I’m not able to provide any more information. Unfortunately, we are unable to verify the documents you provided and are unable to grant your appeal.

Thanks again for your understanding."**

I understand the importance of maintaining accurate information and would like to resolve this issue promptly. However, the responses from Google support have been unhelpful, and I'm not sure what more I can do to regain full access to my developer account. I would appreciate your recommendations on how to proceed to solve this issue.
