I have solved a similar error just now.

Remove the following items

  • node_modules
  • package-lock.json

Install the following items

  • expo-constants
  • expo-updates
$     npm i expo-updates && npm i expo-constants

execute the following command after everything has installed

$    npm i && cd android && ./gradlew clean && ./gradlew assembleDebug && cd ..
