How to enable vertical scroll bar on David Bacci's Deneb Gantt Chart?

I'm utilizing the beautiful Gantt chart created by David Bacci in Power BI. I have a long list of tasks and currently, scrolling with the mouse wheel zooms in/out the x-axis (time) instead of panning vertically.

I have tried editing the bottom "padding" from 0 to 100 as below, the scroll bar shows but when I use it data does not show (See screenshot), currently displayed data in the chart pan vertically and blanks appear instead of the remainder of the data.
