I import root package and caught this issue. AGP is lastest update

i have resolved the drm issue and namespace here. Add this to pubspec.yaml

better_player:
git:
url: 'https://github.com/afrahshaikh/even_better_player.git'
ref: main

Just go to app/build.gradle inside the better_player package, and then add the following line to solve the issue:

   android { namespace "add better_player package namespace" ---------}

To get the correct namespace, check the package name of better_player inside the AndroidManifest.xml file.

You can resolve the namespace issue after updating to AGP 8.+ by adding the following script in the android/build.gradle file:

subprojects {
   afterEvaluate { project ->
       if (project.hasProperty('android')) {
           project.android {
               if (namespace == null) {
                   namespace project.group
               }
           }
       }
   }
}
