Question

We are migrating our Spring boot Java application as shown below.

Spring Boot 2.3.12.RELEASE -> 2.7.18 Java 1.8 -> 17. Spring Cloud Hoxton.SR8 -> 2021.0.8

As per the Spring boot latest version as shown above, we have updated all the required dependencies including spring cloud dependencies as well.

spring-cloud-starter-eureka -> spring-cloud-starter-netflix-eureka-client

We have the existing EurekaDiscoveryClient annotation and the required property as well in the yml file.

After migrating the application stopped running due to the below error:

Note: We even have Spring-boot-starter-web also included in our pom.xml.
