Neovim icons not rendered in Powershell

I have recently installed neovim on my PC (windows 10) with AstroNvim configuration. So I have tried it with JetBrains Mono nerd font which is required for icons and I also set font to JetBrans Mono NFM. I am running neovim on Windows Powershell But I have noticed that some icons are only question marks because they are not rendered. I have ran neovim on vscode terminal and there all icons are rendered properly. I don't know what is causing this issue. I have tried many options but non of them are seems to work. But if I run neovim on Visual Studio Code no rendering issue there.

The rendering problem occurs in many areas not only here. So that's why I want to fix this issue. Also I have tried to Google it but most of the are for Linux. And there are path and structure differences. So as a beginner little bit of struggle there.
