guacd WebSocket Tunnel Timeout with "Support for protocol 'vnc' is not installed" Error in Guacamole 1.5.5
I have installed Apache Guacamole version 1.5.5 to /etc/guacamole. I've verified that both guacd and my Windows 10 virtual machine (VM) running via VNC are accessible.
However, when attempting to connect to the VM through Guacamole, I encounter the following error in the Tomcat logs:
Creation of WebSocket tunnel to guacd failed: Connection to guacd timed out
In the guacd logs, I see the following message:
Support for protocol "vnc" is not installed
I have confirmed that libvncserver is installed.
What am I missing? Is there an additional package or configuration I need to set up to enable VNC protocol support in guacd?
