Does OpenH264 v2.5.0 support spatial SVC?

I am using OpenH264 version 2.5.0 and I need to know whether it supports spatial SVC (Scalable Video Coding) or not. If it does support it, how should I configure the encoder settings for spatial SVC? Are there any sample configuration files or code snippets available that I can refer to?

OpenH264 is a free (and also limited) h.264 data encoder, it does not support SVC.
OpenH264 only encodes at Annex-B, but the SVC concept is for Annex-G encodings.

What are you trying to achieve?
SVC is only useful for stored files (eg: MP4 on disk). If you are live streaming and want to offer some different resolutions (or qualities) then consider using M3U8 from the HLS format.

PS: I would investigate the newer coded VVC (versatile video coding) for features like: 3D video, Multi-channels, Spatial SVC, etc...
