I am using 3CX with call forwarding to enable Single Number Reach (SNR) to my Cisco phone. The numbers are identical, but to route the calls through CUCM, my Cisco phone has a prefix 5 added.
Setup Details:
Calls to my 3CX extension are forwarded to my Cisco phone (via CUCM) as well. The call works perfectly, but every time I receive a call on 3CX, the call log shows forwarded as well as an outgoing call to myself. I would like to avoid seeing myself in the call logs as an outgoing call, as it makes the logs cluttered, even though everything works fine.

I’ve checked for any settings in the 3CX mobile app to exclude calls to my own extension from the call log, but I haven’t found any way to filter this.
Also, I tried to find alternative method for Single Number Reach. Ring Group doesn't allow to add external numbers.
