Is single-mic speaking user detection in MS Teams Rooms information accessible to MS Teams Apps?

I'd like to detect speakers in a single room via a Teams App. Is it possible to access the information provided by user voice enrollment (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/rooms/voice-and-face-recognition ) via Teams Bot Framework, so that Teams App would be able to tell who is actually speaking, rather than receiving all the audio attributed to the Room id? Or is the information only available in CoPilot and not in Teams Apps?
