How do I make MKMapView in macOS to show the globe view

Right now it shows only 2D and cannot zoom beyond a certain zoom. How do i do it?

I set it to be:

_mapView.mapType = MKMapTypeSatellite;

and still no luck. Is it no longer possible to do it, or am I missing something? Please advise,
