Error 403 Forbidden while installing WSL for windows 11 home

I run this command on windows powershell as administrator.

wsl --list --online
wsl --install

it shows me the following error

Forbidden (403).

how to fix it ?

You must disable the firewall and network security for:

domain networks
private network
public network , then it will be possible to run ws --install and wsl --update You may also need to follow the steps in this tutorial. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-manual It helped me.
