Database postgres with portainer

I'm starting out in this world of automation and I realized that I need to create a new database in Postgres.

I'm using Portainer in my application, the question is: how do I create this database directly through Portainer without having to use pgAdmin4, for example...

I tried using pgadmin, but I don't know how to access the postgres database hahahaha newbie in action
