Custom message format for Telegram using Zapier

I found zapier in order to connect the YouTube and send messages to a Telegram channel.

I am trying to make a custom format but can not manage it.

What i want to achieve:

  1. image on top (without any margin or padding)
  2. text with link (but without preview)
  3. description (100 characters only)

I was playing with zapier but can not achieve, the issues:

Looks like it isn't currently possible to do so, and I'd recommend contacting their support team to request this feature and they'd be able to help you more with this.
