Azure Cost Management API - Exports - List - not showing all exports for given scope

When trying to get list of all available exports this API doesn't return the whole list for given scope.

GET

https://management.azure.com/providers/Microsoft.Billing/billingAccounts/<billingaccountid>/providers/Microsoft.CostManagement/exports?api-version=2024-08-01

In my tenant it returns 2 exports and there are 20+ exports visible in Azure Portal. Some my export are in preview but the documentation states

The operation to list all exports at the given scope.
