Timepicker for Google Sheets on PC - Similar to the one on Mobile version

In Google Sheets if I format a column as Date, double-clicking on a cell in that column brings up a datepicker. On the mobile app, tapping a cell formatted as Time brings up a timepicker, but this doesn't seem to happen in the desktop version on PC. Can anyone provide any insight as to whether this can be done, and if so how? TIA

Feature Not Yet Available on Desktop

According to this Google support forum's expert:

That feature is not available in Google Sheets currently (July 2023).

I'd recommend submitting a feature request to inform Google about this none-existing feature. This could lead to a solution, such as having a desktop time picker for Google Sheets. See how to create an issue in the Google Issue Tracker.

Note: You should indicate within the post that this request pertains to the desktop.
