"Quick launch menus are not available for system level installs"

When i upgrade python by prompt: C:\Users\levari>conda upgrade --all

After update of most of the packages i get error at the end :

Appreciate if you can help me understand:

  1. what is the impact of not updating the terminal?
  2. how to solve
