c# HttpClient-Unable to write data to the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote

Question

I have this test code:

I have this problem only in prod server with Windows Server 2019. He is working fine on test server with Windows Server 2019 in same net.

I tryed use ServicePointManager.SecurityProtocol, ServicePointManager.ServerCertificateValidationCallback and nothing work.

In google chrome or power shell i can get response from google.com, only my console app didn't work.

I am using .net 8.

Perhaps somebody can help me. I have no idea looking for else. I tested this code in 4 servers more with windows 2008, ubuntu and it's work, it not work only on prod.
