#youtube-v3-api Quota Increase Needed for multiple Sub-Accounts

Question

Need help with the #youtube-v3-api Quota Increase Needed for multiple Sub-Accounts in our software for independent users that will be using their own google oAuth and Logins for YouTube channel API's

We have a program that fetches the users channel: -Channel ID -videos -comments -response -YouTube channel data, etc...

These are for gathering video performance and stat metrics for users of our software.

Every single request or piece or data point takes up quota.

Issue: We do not want each user to have to make and create their own YT project and have to generate and grab a client ID and API Keys, etc..

We want the user to simply login with the Google oAuth button which then in turn grabs all their proper YT channel and video content on that google account.

The issue is Even our own Developer account with almost NO real executions being made constantly errors with running out of quota. Unusable almost for development and testing even.

So please, how do we not only Increase our own Quota so we can properly test and use the YT API features, but importantly, How do we get unlimited quota as the MAIN Admin account to which the users will sign up, and register via Google oAuth and then be able to access their own YT Channels and use their own Client ID's or API's just via Google oAuth?

Or, worst case scenario: WE as the main account is forced to use our Own ClientID and API token Quota usage, BUT each user still logs in with Google oAuth in order to verify them and pull up all THIER YouTube channels and videos.

And this way We would have to collect Usage costs (IF there are any for this token usage) from each of the clients for how ever much they use of our MAIN API Quota.

NOTE: after Many Support articles on this exact issue I have found that Increasing and adding Future Proofing into our own API Quota is the only way forward.

So please point us in the right direction on how to do this in your API and especially in your Quotas section and share the exact developer documentation for this use case.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I have seen that we are supposed to have a YouTube Project Manager assigned to us in the YouTube API documentation. How do we get in touch with a YouTube Project Manager, or get assigned one? As there was no further mention of this.

PS- it would be much appreciated if you can also provide the proper and best means of contact channels for YouTube API Support techs for us to get in touch properly and promptly.

We did connect all the API's up and ran all the channel requests successfully and received the data. BUT the API quota constantly errors, runs out, and we can not find how or where to ADD Users in their own accounts so they can either use their own quota (That will NOT run out). or that we can increase our quota to unlimited so we can provide our users these functions via our API and ClientID and Quota.

This is our only issue at present.
