How to remove the spaces in QWeb Report

I'm trying to design a report in odoo18 which uses QWeb Reporting.

Problem: Unable to remove an unnecessary space in the report that is probably coming from inherited views. I need to remove the space between the line and Prescription.

I figured it out: it was coming from paper format(A4) in Reporting. Adjust the Header spacing to configured the space you needed.
