Which pytesseract parameters to choose to read BW segmented display?

I am trying to OCR this processed image of segmented display. But the results is empty.

Using pytesseract --psm 7

I tried different psm numbers, with no luck. The result is empty or the resutl is some nonsens "cf". Any ideas, to get it working?
