Include chapter number function changed all my already inserted captions, how to use stand alone caption styles?

I want to preserve the tables caption with the style from "1 to ....", i.e. Table 1.

The problem is that when i include the chapter number check box, the captions already inserted in chapter 1 and 2 changed to include also the chapter number.

What i made:

I changed the "heading 3" to make my "appendix A" style, in the "New Multilevel list" function.

Then i added the correspodent heading "Appedinx A" and a table to test a different caption numbering from the ones inserted on chapter 1 and 2.
