I am using the astra theme, there are not showing global settings are not showing

I am using the Astra theme for my website. During front-end editing, the global setting like colors is missing from my customize section. any one can help me. What's happened? I have tried several times. But it was useless. I have also thoroughly read all the functions of the Astra theme. But still, I have failed. Also unstalle and then re-installed the Astra theme. But all efforts have failed.
