bulk download not indexed pages urls from Google Search Console

Question

I have about 10.000 pages that are not indexed on a website. I want to download all the URLs in bulk but I don't know how.

I found something about a bulk download via Google Cloud, but it seems like it's a general bulk download for the whole statistics.

Is there a way to bulk download these pages in a csv in bulk without having to pay for the google cloud? If yes, how do I do that?
