Google Form Preview Mode

The new "Preview Mode" is absolutely AWFUL. When a Form is published it used to be immediately available, but this preview mode allows my students to fill out Form, but then won't let them Submit it. Then they refuse to "redo" the work once I finally get the corrected link to them. Preview Mode should be done away with immediately because it doesn't seem to have any point other than to add extra steps & cause confusion.
