Troubleshooting: Problem with running R found at ~/Rscript.exe for environment configurations

I am running R on the following system:

Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 23H2
Installed on    ‎12/‎19/‎2022
OS build    22631.4751
Experience  Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1055.0

64-bit operating system, ARM-based processor

When I try to build any Quarto document in RStudio using R version 4.4.2 I receive this error message:

Problem with running R found at C:\Program Files (x86)\R\R-4.4.2\bin\x64\Rscript.exe to check environment configurations. Please check your installation of R.

I've reinstalled both R and Rtools to no avail. What is causing this and how can I fix it?

I installed the Intel version of R by mistake. For anyone else struggling with this, you can find the ARM install here
