Wordpress login issue after migration

I have been trying to migrate my subdomain website to replace the main one. I have done the manual migration and also used a plugin but I'm encountering the same issue. When I try to access the wordpress dashboard of the main website my login details are being incorrect though they are the correct ones. I have been tryng for days now. Need help!! Thank you.

I tried creating new users inside the database. when I do it sya the user is not authorized to access the page. I coped the wpusers table and wpusermeta of the subdomain and replace with the new one after the migrtion with the plugin tht's one got me loin but back to the subdomain

don't forget to move the wp-config.php from old to new hosting. this is necessary since the security hash are needed to create password and to validate the login credentials.

If You want to create new user, register first your new account using register page.

after that open phpmyadmin, change the user level/group to administrator.
