hello I have a problem in my project (I use next js only), me in my site I have: Home About Services Customers News & Tips Contact Social and I do in the index all these pages so that it displays me during the site one at the bottom of the other and me the site I have a menu icon when I click it makes me the menu bar that I see the home about services customers news tips contact social here there are a when I click it makes me go to the section that I clicked for example if I clicked on About it makes me go to the about section but there remains the complete site there is at the top home and above the continuation For the moment you have understood the form of site that I have Now I added the part of the policies which are before the footer and this policy page is a page that there is the menu and the footer and the text for the policies, the problem that there is when I click on the menu and I click on any button of the Home About Services Customers News & Tips Contact Social it does not take me to their page because you must know that I use in the nav in the links <a href=#Home">Home like this and <a href"#About> but in the policies I use and when I enter the policies and I click on the menu and I click on home it makes me /Politics#Home and I stay in the Policy page (to know I did not use Links or what we can say the dynamic routers of the next js) here what I have the problem I do not know the solution if you can help me and thank you
I await your answers to resolve this problem and thank you and especially if possible tell me if I should use the links instead and if I use the dynamic routers of the [id] that we make the files and things like that

In the links in the navigation area you must have #home etc in href of anchor tag. Instead out them as /#home etc
