Why am I getting curl: (56) Recv failure: Connection reset by peer on Qolsys IQ Panel 2+ (Firmware 2.8)?
I have an IQ Panel 2+, running firmware version 2.8 and I do have dealer and installer codes. I master reset it, and I have Control 4 enabled and the correct token.
IMEI has been released according to Alarm Grid, and the previous owner fully canceled their contract with BELL Canada also releasing the equipment on their end.
Does anyone know why I keep getting curl: (56) Recv failure: Connection reset by peer? Yes, I understand the panel is ignoring my requests.
In my tests:
It responds with ACK, indicating the request is received**, but no sensor data or device list is returned.
Port 12345 is open and reachable, confirming that network-level access is not blocked.
Requests using both OpenSSL and cURL return only ACK**, even when using "GET_DEVICES", "INFO", or "INFO_TYPE: SUMMARY".
Any ideas?
