Joomla 5 assign fixed setup of an article with blocks of text

This is an article of my website as example:https://rabbitdesign.nl/index.php/en/statistics/more-than-1000-pieces/8297-off-roader?highlight=WzgyOTdd Is it possible to define those 'elements/blocks' as function to add to an article? Main paragraph has a variable number of rows with each row a Title, photo, MLCad image and text. Paragraph alternative builds has a variable number of photo's only. Final chapter is about parts inventory. Biggest drawback is of this approach I chose is that it doesn't work well on mobile small screens this setup. I am looking for directions how to define this in Joomla. So when I start een new article I can indicate how many 'paragraphs/#lines' I need for that article. Regards Allard

I did a lot of browsing but can't find anything remotely similar. Probably not using the correct terminology for this topic. I use Joomla 5.x for my website. I now manage this through HTML in the article. To ease the work I have an excel generating the html content what I copy-paste in the article, with standard naming conventions for the image files to ease the job further.
