Launch_App1 key cannot be disabled?

I am having a broken keyboard which randomly presses Launch_App1 (My Computer app launch) - this is not a normal key, it's from the keyboard.

I've tried to disable the key with Power toys, Key Tweak and AutoHotKey, nothing worked.

I've also tried modifying the registry in a new Scanmap 00000000 00000000 03000000 000016B0 00000000 00000000

Is it really impossible to disable this app launch execution on keypress?

Anyone knows how to disable this or should i return the keyboard?
