Update Bootstrap 3 to Bootstrap 5

We have an application that has been running well using java spring mvc. This application uses a Bootstrap template from Metronic - Responsive Admin Dashboard Template build with Twitter Bootstrap 3.3.7. Is there any way to easily upgrade Bootstrap to the latest version?

I have tried replacing the bootstrap.css and bootstrap.js files with the latest versions manually, but my application's view is getting messy. So, I have to check everything one by one. Is there any simpler way or tools?
