Integrated Terminal of vscode breaks, it only opens via COPILOT in Windows 10

Everytime I try to open the terminal in vscode it freezes and doesn't open, it only opens via copilot, when I ask copilot to give me a example and I click insert into the terminal it works. Outside vscode it works, the shell Bash and Powershell too. I tried to open vscode without the copilot extension and other extensions it also didn't work. It doesn't show logs or anything it just freezes vscode and ask me to reopen again.

I want to open the integrated terminal of vscode without breaking it and without the use of copilot. How can I do that
